Rotary Clubs Tauranga and Otumoetai invite you to our fundraising dinner and guest speaker - Heather Verry, CEO Diabetes NZ, talking about “Diabetes – the growing prevalence”. on Wednesday 18 September 2024, from 6pm at Hotel Armitage, 9 Willow St, Tauranga. $40 per person plus drinks. Profits from this event donated to NZ Diabetics.

K Valley Tree Planting & BBQ

Rotary members and volunteers to plant 4500 trees/ shrubs at Marshall Ave, followed by a BBQ. Bring your spade, gumboots and water bottle.Holes will be dug before hand, so we will be removing the pot, dropping the plant into the hole and covering it. Once planting is complete we will have a BBQ of sausages as a thank you. There is at least a one km walk from carpark to the planting site.  Limited parking available so if possible, please car pool.  If wet, this will be moved to Sunday 6 October.  Please register your interest so we can contact you for updates about this event.
